For stock items, all of our tanks are sent on a 48 hour service.

We offer a 14 day returns from receipt of goods. Returns are subject to restocking charges up to 30% and must be in a saleable condition.

Once your order has been dispatched it can be difficult to change the delivery address due to the quick delivery, it will depend on how far along your order has got in the delivery network, however, we will always try our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible should you need to change your delivery address.

At present we are not able to provide any tracking details for orders, however, if you contact us we will do our best to give you accurate information regarding the progress of your delivery.

At present we only deliver to the UK and Ireland. If you live outside of the UK please contact us for a delivery quote.

All of our oil tanks are dispatched on a single pallet delivery, any accessories that come with the tank will be sent on the same delivery. Any additional accessories may be delivered separately
