We do not store any card information and we use a third party merchant called PaymentSense.
Yes, all of our prices displayed include VAT.
At present we only deliver to the UK and Ireland.
If you need to return or exchange an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery of your item. We must stress that the buyer is liable to pay any outbound or return shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange a return.
Our apologies! It is very unusual for us to make this mistake. We will be more than happy to arrange an exchange for the correct item. To arrange this, please send an email to: sales@quicktanks.co.uk
If the item is still on the delivery vehicle, please refuse the delivery, as you may become liable for signing for it in good condition. If possible, please send us pictures as soon as possible. If we, or the transport company, are at fault we will of course send out a replacement.

Yes, we currently allow back orders for items that are out of stock. Typically it won’t take longer than 5-10 working days to receive an item that is on back order.
