Quicktanks! Delivery is our specialty, we work closely with leading pallet networks across the country to provide quick delivery, our standard delivery is 48 hours, excluding highlands and islands. Sometimes tanks will turn up next day but we do ask for the courier to call you in advance to let you know.
After placing your order we will dispatch your tank same day, if ordered before 10am. Your tank will typically be delivered within 48 hours but if you know of any any dates that are unsuitable for you or if you would like to specify a delivery date please let us know as soon as possible, typically for specific days we need 1-2 days notice but will always do our best to help.
Once your oil tank has been dispatched, our courier should call you before they attempt delivery to check that you are there or if you have a safe place for them to leave it. The courier will have a tail lift to lower the tank to the ground on the kerbside of your property - normally they are not insured or expect to put the tank any further onto your property, however, we hear lots of positive feedback from customers notifying us that the driver has gone the extra mile and put it in a suitable position.
Please remember that these are extremely large items, unlike having a small item delivered by Hermes in a small car, it is highly likely that the courier will have a very large vehicle so it is vital that we have as much information regarding your location as soon as possible, such as narrow lanes or local vehicle restrictions.
