When space is limited and you have limited demand for heating oil, this 650 litre bunded heating oil tank is ideal. A bunded heating oil tank offers additional protection against leaks and against theft. The bunded design offers an inner skin within the tank that holds the oil. In case of failure with this layer, an additional layer will help to contain the oil and avoid leaks and spills.
A bunded heating oil tank with a lockable lid will also help to deter thieves. This low-profile tank can be easily concealed with well-placed shrubs if you are placing it outside. It also weighs around 93 kg when empty, which offers additional protection against opportunistic thieves.
This slimline tank comes with a free fitting kit and has a 1” BSP outlet, which is ready to be plumbed directly into your pipework with a standard connection. It can also be easily isolated when required.
The tank offers excellent temperature control and completely UV protection, meaning it can be placed outside with confidence. Since this is a bunded design, there are fewer restrictions on where you can place the heating oil tank and what measures need to be taken to protect the tank. This tank essentially offers its own preventative measures against leaks.
All of our bunded heating oil tanks come with a free fitting kit and floating gauge. We also offer a 10 year guarantee on all bunded tanks. If you’re not sure if this heating oil tank is right for you, get in touch with our team today for more advice and support.
Quicktanks! Delivery is our specialty, we work closely with leading pallet networks across the country to provide quick delivery, our standard delivery is 48 hours, excluding highlands and islands. Sometimes tanks will turn up next day but we do ask for the courier to call you in advance to let you know.
After placing your order we will dispatch your tank same day, if ordered before 10am. Your tank will typically be delivered within 48 hours but if you know of any any dates that are unsuitable for you or if you would like to specify a delivery date please let us know as soon as possible, typically for specific days we need 1-2 days notice but will always do our best to help.
Once your oil tank has been dispatched, our courier should call you before they attempt delivery to check that you are there or if you have a safe place for them to leave it. The courier will have a tail lift to lower the tank to the ground on the kerbside of your property - normally they are not insured or expect to put the tank any further onto your property, however, we hear lots of positive feedback from customers notifying us that the driver has gone the extra mile and put it in a suitable position.
Please remember that these are extremely large items, unlike having a small item delivered by Hermes in a small car, it is highly likely that the courier will have a very large vehicle so it is vital that we have as much information regarding your location as soon as possible, such as narrow lanes or local vehicle restrictions.
